We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS, arriving within 3-5 business days.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roasts and delivery frequency to save 15% on every order. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 30 days for a resolution.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings including standard drip, espresso, or coarse for French press.
Is Blackout Coffee available in retail stores?
Currently, our full selection is available exclusively through our online store to ensure that the coffee you receive was roasted just days before arriving at your door.
