At Blackout Coffee Co, we strive for 100% satisfaction with every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened food products but will gladly offer a replacement or credit if your order is damaged or incorrect.
Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team via email within 14 days of your delivery date with your order number and any relevant photos of the issue.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or approval for a replacement if the product meets our quality standards for a claim.
Prepare Your Package
For non-perishable items like merchandise or brewing equipment, ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging before shipping it back to our facility.
Processing & Credit
Once we receive your return or verify your claim, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
